Moonlit Wanderer Tarot · Card 1 of 3
The Wanderer stands at the edge of a moonlit cliff, one boot already past the rim, arms open to the night. A brass lantern swings from one hand, spilling gold across the dark. Beside them a small white fox leaps with joy, utterly unafraid. Above, the full moon watches like a patient eye; below, silver mist hides whatever the fall might hold. A bundle holding everything they own rests lightly on a staff over their shoulder. This is the first card because it is the first step: the moment before the journey when the heart is bigger than the fear. The Fool is pure beginning, the sacred leap, trust in the unknown. It asks you to pack lightly, laugh at the edge, and step forward — the moon will catch you, or teach you to fly.
