As d'Épée

from The Jean Noblet Tarot, c. 1650-1659

A hand issues from a fiery cloud gripping a sword thrust through a crown, palm and laurel branches sprouting from it and drops of red and gold falling. Victory and rule in one emblem, and the RWS ace keeps the crown to this day.
