Beneath a white canopy a couple join hands while a blindfolded Cupid stands above them on a pedestal, arm drawn back. Usually read as Francesco Sforza and Bianca Maria Visconti, whose 1441 marriage carried the duchy of Milan from one family to the other and gave this deck both of its names.
